Military Families Ministry’s OPERATION: Socks for Soldiers
We are collecting black crew socks and white ankle socks throughout the summer months to send to our troops deployed in the Middle East.  
Summer temperatures are over 100 degrees by 9:00 AM and it is very important for our service members to keep their feet clean and dry.
We have thousands of service members in need of socks. 
YOU CAN HELP!!!        

First,please donate packs of  black crew or white ankle socks.  Socks can be dropped at the State College Alliance Church, 1221 W. Whitehall Road, State College Second,pass this information on to everyone you know. Third,ask your employer, church, community groups and organizations to participate. Collecting until July  24th We will roll the donated socks into “sock cupcakes” or you and your group can roll your own socks.
